The
GPM Mini Pulverizer utilizes patented
flexible impactor technology, and
is based on a time proven design.
Glass bottles up to 8” in diameter
are fed onto the unit’s short
conveyor and processed by the pulverizer,
and then into the trommel screen.
The trommel screen will remove the
residue (caps, corks and labels) and
drop the glass into a bin mounted
on casters for easy removal from underneath
the unit. The residue will drop into
its own, smaller bin under the unit.
A dust removal port will be provided
where a small dust collector can be
attached to alleviate the nuisance
dust produced by the pulverizing process.
The pulverized glass will be 3/8”
(10mm) and smaller, and will be non
sharp ! There are many uses for this
glass, including LANDSCAPING, COUNTERTOPS,
FLOORING, GLASSCRETE, and ARTISTIC
USES.
